Pull-apart bread with pesto cheese filling

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of pizza dough, from the refrigerated counter
  • 125g pesto
  • 125 g mountain cheese, grated
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Roll out the pizza dough and let it rise for 30 minutes. Spread the pesto on top and sprinkle with cheese. Roll out the dough and cut into 2 cm thick slices. Lightly grease a loaf pan with oil. Press the slices into an oval shape and place them in the pan. Bake at 200°C for about 30-35 minutes. Let cool and then remove from the pan. Pairs well with a glass of wine.
