Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g wheat flour type 405
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g dried tomatoes
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 330 ml beer

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 15 minutes

Perfect for grilling

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Chop the garlic and roast it in a pan without oil. Combine the flour with baking powder, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, roasted garlic, and salt. Add the beer and mix well. Let the dough rise for about 2 hours. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan and bake in a preheated oven at 210°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes.
