Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter, room temperature
  • 150 g sugar
  • 30 g honey
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 180 g almonds, slivered
  • 150 g pumpkin seeds
  • 60 g sesame seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine butter, sugar, honey, heavy cream, and salt in a pan. Simmer for five minutes. Add the almond slivers, pumpkin seeds, and sesame seeds and stir to combine. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet (lined with parchment paper). Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for 9-11 minutes. Let cool slightly, then cut into small squares while still lukewarm. This mixture will serve one small baking sheet.
