Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 750 g quark, low-fat
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 ml milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, chocolate

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Heat the butter and mix it with the egg and flour mixture. Separate the remaining eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the quark, sugar, milk, egg yolks, and custard powder. Carefully fold the egg whites into the mixture. Pour the batter first, then the quark mixture into a greased cake pan. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for one hour.
