Applesauce – cream – cake

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 750 g applesauce
  • 1 pkt. Sauce powder, vanilla, for cooking
  • 750 g cream
  • 2 points cream stiffener
  • 1 cake base, cut twice crosswise
  • Brittle

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thicken the applesauce with the sauce powder or gelatin. Just before the mixture thickens, stir in two cups of whipped cream. Spread the cream mixed with the thickened applesauce between the three layers. Whip the remaining cream and spread it over the cake, then decorate. You can use some of the thickened applesauce for garnishing if desired; otherwise, simply sprinkle with praline.
