Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 550
  • 1 cube of yeast
  • 330 ml milk, lukewarm
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 days 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 days 3 hours 20 minutes

Combine the flours and make a well in the center. Crumble in the yeast and mix with 4 tablespoons of milk, sugar, and a little flour from the edges. Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Cut the chives into small rounds and knead them into the dough along with all the other ingredients. Let it rest for another 30 minutes. Knead the dough thoroughly, shape it into a loaf, and brush with water. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes on a greased baking sheet. Then bake on the lowest rack at 230 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, then at 200 degrees Celsius for another 35 minutes.
