  • 20 g butter for the mold
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 300 g chocolate glaze
  • some sugar pearls

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes

Heat the butter until melted. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter until fluffy. Add the vanilla paste and the small bottle of rum flavoring. Continue stirring the mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture a tablespoon at a time. Add enough milk until the dough falls apart. Melt 100g of white chocolate and color it red, yellow, and green. Divide the dough into three parts and mix each part with a colored chocolate. Grease a loaf pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour the three colored batters into the loaf pan one after the other. Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. Let the cake cool slightly in the pan and remove from the pan. Melt the chocolate glaze in a water bath and pour it over the cake. Finally, decorate the cake with sugar pearls.
