It’s super easy and tastes delicious.

Sift 500g of flour into a bowl and make a well in the center. Mix 1 cube of fresh yeast with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of sugar (the yeast will be liquid), then add this to the flour. Add 0.5 liters of warm buttermilk and 200g of fried onions. Mix everything with a wooden spoon and pour into a greased loaf pan. Let stand for about half an hour, then transfer to the preheated oven. Bake for about 50 minutes at 170°C. Serve lukewarm with fresh herb butter.
