Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 300 g spelt flour type 630
- 100 g amaranth flour
- 550 ml natural yogurt
- 1 cube of yeast
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 2 tsp, leveled salt
- e.g. sunflower seeds
- n. B. linseed
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
Heat the natural yogurt in the microwave until lukewarm and knead with all the ingredients. Add seeds to taste. I like to use flaxseed or sunflower seeds. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes and then pour it into a small loaf pan. Bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Then cut a small slit in the top and bake for another 40 minutes.
