Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken breasts, approx. 380 g
- 6 slice(s) Black Forest ham, raw
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 rosemary sprig(s)
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
- 1 ½ tsp BBQ rub, smoky
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the chicken breasts, pat them dry, and season them all over with herb salt and smoky BBQ rub. Place 3 slices of Black Forest ham side by side on the work surface and wrap the chicken breasts in them. Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan). Heat the rapeseed oil in a pan. Flatten the garlic slightly and add it with the rosemary. Brown the wrapped chicken breasts in the hot oil for 4 minutes on all sides, starting with the seam side. Then finish cooking in the hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
