Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 100 ml milk, warm
- 250 ml water, warm
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp oil, neutral
- 1 pack of dry yeast
- 300 g minced meat, mixed
- 4 m.-sized eggs
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 4 stalk(s) spring onion(s)
- 4 tbsp fried onions
- Salt
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Knead the flour, milk, water, salt, sugar, oil, and yeast thoroughly, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size. Hard-boil the eggs. In the meantime, fry the minced meat, season, and fry the bacon cubes. Clean and slice the spring onions. Add to the minced meat. Peel and dice the hard-boiled eggs, add them to the minced meat with the fried onions, fold in, and season to taste. Roll out the risen yeast dough into an oblong oval shape. Place the filling in the center and roll it up. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. Can be eaten hot or cold.
