Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 m.-large zucchini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- some rosemary
- some thyme
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash and trim the zucchini, and slice it lengthwise. Heat the olive oil in a pan and briefly fry the zucchini strips. Remove from the heat and season with salt, pepper, vinegar, and herbs. Let stand briefly. Delicious served lukewarm or cold.
