Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g flour, type 405
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm
  • ½ bag(s) of dry yeast
  • 50 g chopped pistachios

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 40 minutes

Mix the flour with the salt, dry yeast, and pistachios thoroughly. Add lukewarm water and knead for a good 5 minutes. Add a little more water if necessary. Place the dough in a bowl, cover, and let it rise for at least 3 hours. Then knead briefly again and form it into an oblong shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 30 minutes. Tip: For a change, you can also make the dough with 50 g of walnuts.
