Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 50 g yogurt
  • 10 g walnut vinegar
  • 10 g mustard, medium hot
  • n. B. Salt
  • 2 tsp xylitol (sugar substitute)
  • n. B. herbs (parsley, chives)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients and pour over the salad. It’s especially suitable for leaf salads with tomatoes and cucumber.
