Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of yogurt (approx. 150 g) of your choice
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat and flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Mug cake
First things first: Always use the same yogurt cup for measuring. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased and floured baking pan. Bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 160-180°C (top/bottom heat) for 45-60 minutes. Tip: If you like, you can also drizzle with glaze.
