Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 egg whites
  • 150 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g ground almonds
  • 100 g chocolate, grated
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Crispy macaroon pastries with almonds and chocolate

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then gradually beat in the powdered sugar. Fold in the almonds, chocolate, and cocoa. Place small mounds on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake at 160°C for about 25-30 minutes. Tip: If you want to use white chocolate, it’s best to use flour instead of cocoa. Yields about 25 pieces.
