- 100 g oat flakes
- 50 g cranberries
- 2 egg whites
- 60 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) top and bottom heat. Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff peaks form, then gradually add the sugar and vanilla. Add cinnamon if desired. Mix the oats and cranberries and fold in. Place small mounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 10-15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 170 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for another 10-15 minutes (check your oven’s temperature!). Just take one out, let it cool briefly, and taste for the right consistency. I like them very crispy. They keep well in a sealed container.
