Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
- 120 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 150 g butter, melted
- 1 pack of poppy seeds (poppy seed baking)
- Fat, for the shape
- Breadcrumbs, for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
perfect for glass cakes, muffins or as a sheet cake, very moist
Mix all ingredients together and pour into greased and breadcrumb-coated baking pans. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius (160 degrees Celsius fan-assisted) for about 25 minutes. Tip: You can also use chocolate pudding mix or drizzle with chocolate glaze over the finished cake.
