Halloumi casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cheese (halloumi)
  • 250 g zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • e.g. olive oil
  • some sesame
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the halloumi, zucchini, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Arrange everything in a baking dish, fanned out or stacked on top of each other, and season with salt and pepper. If desired, you can also add potatoes for a more filling effect. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds over everything and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
