Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 scoops of lemon ice cream
  • 2 glasses of Prosecco
  • 1 shot of vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 2 minutes

Frothy Italian cocktail

Blend the lemon ice cream with the Prosecco and a good shot of vodka. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a straw and, if desired, a lime slice. Salute!
