Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 chicken legs
- some olive oil
- 3 small onions
- 1 cube of instant stock
- some curry powder
- some tomato paste
- 1 cup pasta (Italian soup pasta – Midolline9
- some salt and pepper
- 350 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Rinse the chicken thighs under running water. Heat the oil in a deep pot. Dice the onions. Brown the meat and onions in the oil. Add a little curry powder. Add 350 ml of water. Dissolve a stock cube in it. Season with a little tomato paste. Simmer with the lid closed for 20 minutes. Add a large cup of pasta and simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
