Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g soy flakes
- 50 g soy kernels
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp water
- 6 ml sweetener, liquid

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 23 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes
as breakfast cereal or as a snack in between
Whisk the cocoa with sweetener and water until smooth and free of lumps. Add the soy flakes and kernels and mix well. Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roast for about 22-23 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat). Remove the flakes from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet. It also tastes delicious using cinnamon instead of cocoa.
