Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • Crème fraîche
  • Sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Croutons

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious, quick and easy

Peel and wash the onion, dice it, and fry it in a pan with oil until lightly browned. Add the tomatoes to the pan. Add the cheese. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Serve each serving with 3 tablespoons of crème fraîche and croutons.
