- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 1 orange(s)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 dashes lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the ripe mango, cut the flesh into small pieces, and place it in a tall container. Juice the orange and add it to the mango. Add a squeeze of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of honey. Place everything in a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
