  • 300 g meat, strips, e.g. pork
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 100 ml red wine, dry
  • 50 ml vegetable broth, strong
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • e.g. chives
  • e.g. cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the meat with salt and pepper and sear. Deglaze with red wine, add the broth, and stir in the sour cream. Bring back to a vigorous simmer and season to taste with salt and pepper, or fresh chives and cherry tomatoes, for example. A fresh baguette goes perfectly with this dish.
