Mango fitness drink

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 mango(s), ripe
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 500 ml orange juice or blood orange juice
  • 3 tbsp glucose
  • possibly mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel and pit the mango, and cut into small pieces. Puree the fruit pieces. Add the buttermilk and juice and mix everything well again. Finally, stir in the glucose. Serve well chilled, garnishing with a mango wedge and mint leaves, if desired.
