Spicy roasted sunflower seeds

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g sunflower seeds, peeled
  • 100 ml soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without adding any fat, stirring, until they are fragrant and honey-colored. Then remove the pan from the heat and mix the sunflower seeds with the soy sauce. Continue stirring until they are dry and no longer sticky. Once cooled, they can be stored for a long time in sealed jars. I don’t have any long-term experience, as they’re always eaten beforehand. They taste wonderful sprinkled over salads, but also on their own.
