Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g minced pork or mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g oat flakes, the fine
  • 150 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Meatballs, meatballs

Dice or chop the onion and mix it with the ground beef, egg, oats, and quark until it forms a cohesive mixture. This is best done by hand. Crush the garlic clove and add it. Season the raw mixture with salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Form into small balls and flatten to about 2 cm thick. Fry the resulting dumplings in a little oil in a pan until well-fried. Delicious both hot and cold. I like them best served cold on a roll!
