Crisps with cranberries and smacks

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 90 g butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g raisins
  • 50 g desiccated coconut
  • 50 g cranberries, dried, chopped
  • 100 g muesli (honey pops, e.g. Smacks)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cream the butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Briefly stir in the flour and baking powder. Then stir in the raisins, cranberries, and desiccated coconut. Finally, mix in the Smacks. Immediately place a tablespoonful of dough onto two baking sheets lined with parchment paper and bake each one in the preheated oven (160°C fan-assisted) for 10-12 minutes. Makes approximately 24 cookies. Cranberries or raisins can be replaced with chopped, dried apricots.
