Blueberry cream – simple, quick and delicious

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g quark
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tsp lemon zest, grated
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 150 g blueberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff. Combine the quark with the sugar and grated lemon zest, then carefully fold in the whipped cream. Finally, stir in the frozen berries. Ladle portions into glasses and let stand for about 30 minutes, then serve.
