Yogurt – cream – lemon – dessert

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g natural yogurt (1.5%)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 100 ml whipped cream, whipped until stiff

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

quick, easy and delicious

Combine yogurt, lemon juice, and sugar in a bowl and mix well. Fold in stiffly whipped cream (sweetened if desired). Divide between dessert bowls and serve. Note: If you’re not counting calories, you can of course use more whipped cream.
