Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 400 ml whipped cream
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 jars of sour cherries
  • 170 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g almond(s) (leaves)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

delicious quark cream with cherries and almonds

Spread the almonds evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven until golden brown. Drain the cherries thoroughly. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff. Mix the cream with the quark, cream cheese, salt, and sugar. Pour the quark mixture into a bowl and scatter the cherries over it. Sprinkle the almonds on top.
