Caramel liqueur – a dream in bottles

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g cream
  • 15 candies (cream caramel), soft, e.g. moo cow
  • 1 bar of chocolate
  • 150 ml vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Thermomix recipe

Place the caramel candies in the Thermomix and chop briefly. Then add the cream and chocolate to the mixing bowl and mix for 7 minutes at 60°C on speed 1. If necessary, mix again on turbo if there are still any pieces. Add vodka (the amount can be adjusted according to taste) and mix briefly. Let it cool and enjoy. The liqueur will keep in the refrigerator for at least 4-6 weeks. The specified amount makes approx. 350 ml of liqueur. Without a Thermomix, simply heat the cream, candies and chocolate slowly in a saucepan until everything has dissolved (do not boil!). If necessary, mix briefly with a hand blender. Then remove from the heat, let it cool briefly, and stir in the vodka.
