Grandma's Vanilla / Vanilla Liqueur (with ice)

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter ice cream, bourbon vanilla (alternatively stracciatella ice cream)
  • 4 cups of cream
  • 4 cl brandy
  • 1 bottle of eggnog

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

alternatively: Grandma’s Stacciatella liqueur

Let the ice cream soften and then transfer it to a large bowl. Add the cream, brandy, and egg liqueur and stir until foamy. Then transfer to carafes and chill. Makes about 3 liters of liqueur. You can also transfer the liqueur to a punch bowl, as there’s usually someone there to scrape up the rest at the end.
