Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 sweet potato(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 carrots
  • 8 mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • chili flakes
  • 200 g crème fraîche

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

simple and delicious

Chop the vegetables and toss them in a large bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and mix well. Place the vegetables on a baking sheet and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve with crème fraîche.
