Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick dessert for summer, autumn, spring and winter

Divide the red fruit compote between four bowls. Beat the layered cheese or other quark with egg yolk, sugar, and cinnamon until fluffy. The amount of sugar depends on how sweet you like it. I recommend about a level teaspoon of cinnamon. You should be able to taste the cinnamon. Now divide the quark cream (preferably artfully with a piping bag) between the bowls. Finally, sprinkle the flaked almonds, which have been browned in a pan and allowed to cool completely, over the cream. This dessert is easy to prepare in advance and, in larger quantities, is particularly suitable for parties and buffets. Red fruit compote tastes best when made at home.
