Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rhubarb
- 375 ml water
- 125 g sugar
- 1 pack of pudding powder (vanilla), for cooking
- 1 egg yolk
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the rhubarb, cut it into pieces, and cook it with 375 ml water and the sugar until soft. Combine the vanilla pudding powder, egg yolk, and 6 tablespoons of water, add it to the soft-cooked rhubarb, and bring to a boil briefly. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
