refreshingly delicious

Cream the butter, sugar, and orange sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs and orange juice. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the foam alternately with the milk. Fold in the 3 tablespoons of desiccated coconut. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and spread the batter on it. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the cake using conventional oven heating for about 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into 12 pieces. Melt the chocolate coating with the milk in a saucepan until smooth and glossy. Then remove from the heat and let cool briefly. Place the remaining desiccated coconut on a plate. Dip both sides of the cake pieces in the chocolate coating and then roll them in the desiccated coconut. Let harden in the refrigerator for another hour.
