Chocolate-raspberry rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g puff pastry (frozen)
  • 1 bowl of raspberries
  • 9 tbsp chocolate, whole milk
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

quick and great for parties

Preheat the oven to 140°C. Thaw the puff pastry, then grate the chocolate. Melt the butter. Cut the thawed puff pastry into 9 equal pieces and brush with melted butter. Place 3-4 raspberries on each pastry rectangle and sprinkle with the grated chocolate. Fold the rectangles over and press the edges firmly together. Place the pastry parcels in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar. They taste best warm! Frozen raspberries also work, but they’re only half as good!
