Blueberry yogurt muffins with berries

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 80 ml oil
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 150 g sugar
  • 250 g yogurt (blueberry)
  • 1 pt. vanilla extract powder (or bourbon vanilla sugar)
  • 50 g corn flour
  • 230 g flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Berries (none from the jar!!)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

suitable for all types of berries (except strawberries)

Beat the liquid ingredients with a mixer until fluffy. Combine the dry ingredients and quickly mix into the liquid mixture. First, pour half of the batter into the molds, then add the fruit, pressing it into the batter. Pour the remaining batter over the berries and bake at 180°C for approximately 20-25 minutes.
