Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slice(s) Leberkäse, thin
- 4 slice(s) Gouda or other
- 4 slice(s) cooked ham
- breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Top each slice of Leberkäse with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese. Secure each slice of Leberkäse with a toothpick and coat with the eggs and breadcrumbs. Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown. Serve with mashed potatoes and fried onions and a fresh salad.
