Ham and cheese schnitzel

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 18 slices of ham (toast ham)
  • 12 slices of cheese (toast cheese)
  • 2 eggs, whisked
  • Breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs
  • Clarified butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

1 slice of ham, then 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese, and 1 slice of ham. Cut diagonally – makes 12 triangles in total. Coat in breadcrumbs and fry in hot clarified butter. Serve with parsley potatoes and salad. These schnitzels also taste great cold.
