Light layered dessert with strawberries

Ingredients for 7 servings:

  • 300 g natural yogurt
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 15 g powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s), its pulp
  • 25 g ladyfingers, approx. 5 pieces
  • 400 g strawberries
  • 15 g hazelnuts, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

simple, quick and delicious

Mix the first four ingredients and chill briefly. In the meantime, wash and dice the strawberries. Roughly crush the sponge fingers with a rolling pin and set aside. Pour a layer of yogurt cream into a dessert glass and arrange a few strawberries on top. Add another layer of yogurt cream and more strawberries. Chill the dessert for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Just before serving, sprinkle the sponge fingers and chopped hazelnuts over the dessert. Tip: It’s best to toast the hazelnuts for an even more intense flavor.
