Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 10 g cocoa, approx. 1 tbsp
  • 5 g baking soda, approx. 1 tsp
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 55 ml oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 150 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

vegan, egg-free, for 8 muffins

Preheat the oven to 175°C. Mix the dry ingredients – flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, and salt – thoroughly. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly, stirring for about 2 minutes on medium heat. Then divide between the muffin cups and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Test with a toothpick if the mixture is cooked through. You can add flavorings such as vanilla sugar, rum, or coffee. This makes enough for 8 muffins. For 12, simply use 1.5 times the amount.
