Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 eggs
- 100 g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g flour
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 3 tbsp water, hot
- n. B. Hazelnuts, ground
- some margarine

Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer on high speed until frothy. Add the flour and baking powder, again on high speed, and then stir in the water. Grease the tart pan with margarine and sprinkle with the ground hazelnuts. Then pour the batter into the pan. It will spread evenly. Place the pan in the oven preheated to 175°C (350°F) and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Then let it cool on a wire rack.
