Russian condensed milk cake

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 180 g flour
  • 60 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Super moist, simple cake

First, beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the melted butter and sweetened condensed milk and continue beating. Sift the baking powder with the flour and fold in. Pour into a greased and floured springform pan. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 180°C for 25 minutes until golden brown. If desired, garnish with powdered sugar or fruit.
