Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 4 apples
- 5 onions
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp curry
- Salt
- 200 g cheese, for gratinating
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Boil the potatoes until half cooked. Slice the onions into rings and sauté in a pan until lightly browned and sweet. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes (optional). Now mix the sliced potatoes with the onions and apples and pour over the cream/milk/salt/curry mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
