Potato curry casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 ½ kg potatoes
  • 4 apples
  • 5 onions
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp curry
  • Salt
  • 200 g cheese, for gratinating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes until half cooked. Slice the onions into rings and sauté in a pan until lightly browned and sweet. Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes (optional). Now mix the sliced ​​potatoes with the onions and apples and pour over the cream/milk/salt/curry mixture. Top with cheese. Bake at 180°C for approx. 20 minutes.
