Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 pack of ladyfingers
  • Syrup (sweet raspberry syrup, ready to drink)
  • possibly Grand Marnier or Cointreau
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 2 dl cream (whipped until stiff)
  • 120 g sugar
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pack of raspberries, frozen

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Place the sponge fingers in a bowl. Drizzle with syrup and Grand Marnier (do not soak). Mix the remaining ingredients (reserve a few raspberries for garnish) thoroughly (using a food processor) and spread over the sponge fingers. Garnish with the remaining berries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Variation: Other berries can also be used.
