Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of ladyfingers
- Syrup (sweet raspberry syrup, ready to drink)
- possibly Grand Marnier or Cointreau
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 2 dl cream (whipped until stiff)
- 120 g sugar
- ½ packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pack of raspberries, frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes
Place the sponge fingers in a bowl. Drizzle with syrup and Grand Marnier (do not soak). Mix the remaining ingredients (reserve a few raspberries for garnish) thoroughly (using a food processor) and spread over the sponge fingers. Garnish with the remaining berries. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Variation: Other berries can also be used.
