Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 8 g sugar
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup of sweet cream
- 3 packs of cream stiffener
- 400 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 4 tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 15 minutes
prepare the day before
Combine the sour cream, vanilla sugar, sugar, and lemon juice. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and stir into the sour cream. Refrigerate overnight. Puree the raspberries with powdered sugar and add to the chilled cream the next day. Suggestion: You can also use strawberries instead of raspberries.
